Who can apply for ICIN Membership?
ICIN Membership is intended for Indian citizens, people of Indian origin and their immediate family members who reside in the Netherlands.
How much does membership cost?
The standard ICIN Annual Membership fee is €99 per year. Promotional offers may be available from time to time.
How long is the membership valid?
ICIN Annual Membership is valid for one year from activation. Members can renew their membership when required.
Where do I find my membership card?
Once your membership is active, you can access your digital membership card through your logged-in ICIN Membership area.
How do partners verify my membership?
Your digital card contains a QR code that links to the live ICIN membership verification system. Participating partners can scan it to confirm that your membership is active.
Does every partner offer the same discount?
No. Each participating partner determines its own offer, discount, conditions and availability. Please check the Partner Offers page for current details.
Are partner benefits guaranteed for the full year?
Partner participation and benefits may change during the membership period. ICIN will update the Partner Offers page as offers are added, changed or withdrawn.
What happens when my membership expires?
Your digital card will no longer show as active. Renew your annual membership to restore membership access and eligibility for participating benefits.
Can I add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
Wallet integration is planned as a future enhancement. The current ICIN membership card is available digitally through IndiansInNL.nl.
