A Perfect Match of Festivals
Diwali, known as the Festival of Lights in India, finds its match in GLOW, the Festival of Light in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
Every year all Indians celebrate Diwali with family and friends at home, Indians have spread across the world so you can see Diwali in every country by an Indian celebrating #Diwali.
This year it was a special way celebrating of Diwali in Eindhoven, The Netherlands by Indian Center in Netherlands – ICIN in collaboration with GLOW Eindhoven.
Historic Collaboration
As all know GLOW is a light event celebrated every year in Eindhoven city so GLOW Eindhoven and Indian Centre in Netherlands (ICIN) brought this Diwali as part of GLOW Eindhoven to bring the integration between the community and to share the Diwali story to all.
The program was developed with the Diwali theme at the city centrum of Eindhoven at Markt Plaats by building up the stage by decorating with Flowers, Rangoli mainly with the Lights and traditional lighting of Diyas which is a symbol of Diwali in India.
The tireless efforts of ICIN volunteers contributed to the resounding success of the decoration, offering a glimpse into the festive atmosphere of Diwali celebrated in each of our homes.

Community Integration & Joy
Later people who visited to see the event, lighten the Diyas and Candles to make the event more glorious.
Above it, the Kids fired the sparkles at the location, and more than 20 children came together they played with the sparkles and wished each other "Happy Diwali" but the lovely part of the evening was, a few Non-India Kids joined the Indian Kids to spark the light together which showed the integration of the community with Love and Affection

After 5 years of discussion and planning finally, we were able to make it this year 2023 to start the Diwali at Glow – Glow Eindhoven, looking for more years
