International Day of Yoga

The event was inaugurated by Indian Ambassador Mrs. Reenat Sandhu with the vice-mayor of Eindhoven Maes van Lanschot and Ad van den Berk a great football player.

Gemeente Eindhoven Councillors Miriam Frosi, Tjeerd Ritmeester, Inge Teklenburg, Rosa van den Nieuwenhof, Marlous Hermans also joined the event to support the yoga and the event

The event was organized by Indian Embassy with other Indian community associations of Eindhoven

The event #IDY2023 was a great success as we had more than 400 supporters who joined the event

The event started in the morning around 10 am with a welcome speech and continued , 1 hour of a Yoga session for adults, and 30 minutes of the session for kids

Later the event had a great Indian cultural program with many dance schools and individuals performing on the stage.

The event ended with a vote of thanks and wished all to see you again next year at the international yoga day 2024 in Eindhoven again

The event was well organized by all community associations and volunteers teams of each association

The way setup was done at the venue for the event it was really witnessed the effort shown by all volunteers to make the best and most successful

We also had a lot of food stalls after the event at the venue so we thank all of them as well who made a lot of effort to get Indian food for the food lovers
